Returns & Refunds Policy
In case the product shipped by us is defective, or if we sent you the wrong size, or we sent you some other product mistakenly, let us know at theindori@gmail.com or you can call or whatsapp us : 9826033944 We will get in touch with you and guarantee that such an error will be taken care of.
In case of any such issues, we will be helping you by exchange of the product. In any case, we do not provide REFUND. You will have 7 days from the date of delivery to exchange the product if there is a size issue. Email us at theindori@gmail.com with your complete order details to get more details about where and how to return. In case you decide to get an exchange, you will have to courier the shipment to us and we will ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charge. That’s a good 7 days from the day you receive shipment. After that, well, our impulse is to say that your friend will always like a new gift.
Please note that we do refunds only in genuine case of defective product and nothing else. We can only help you in exchanging the original order with new one of same or higher monetary value difference amount will be collected from you. Please read the exchange guidelines in the above paragraph.
